American quarterback Bryce Perkins has signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on a futures contract.
Perkins spent three years in the National Football League: 2021, 2022, and 2025. In 2021, he won a Super Bowl with the Los Angeles Rams. He went 13 for 23, threw one touchdown, and rushed nine times for 44 yards in one start in 2022 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
On August 18, he signed with the Carolina Panthers, but was released one week later.
He played two seasons in the United Football League with the Michigan Panthers. in 2025, he won the UFL MVP and Offensive Player of the Year when he threw for 1,342 yards with nine touchdowns in six starts.
