A busy section of Portage Avenue is closed Tuesday morning as fire crews battle a blaze in the area.
The fire broke out just before 5:30 a.m. in a building near Portage Avenue and Burnell Street
As a result, westbound Portage Avenue is closed at Burnell.
Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area and find another route.
