Several St. Mary’s Road intersections go dark after hydro outage

Several intersections in a south Winnipeg stretch are without power. 

On Friday afternoon, several intersections along St. Mary’s Road are without working traffic signals.

Motorists are reminded to treat affected intersections as all-way stops and proceed with caution.

As of 3:20 p.m., some of the affected intersections include:

Burland and St. Mary’s

St. Mary’s and Van Hull-Warde

St. Mary’s and 260m N of Van Hull-Warde

There is no word on what caused the outage. 

Estimated time for restoration is 5:30 p.m.
