Many roads remain snow-covered and slick, leading to treacherous driving conditions for school buses.

School closures
- Borderland School Division– All schools are closed
- Brandon School Division– Alexander, O’Kelly, and Spring Valley Schools are closed
- Division scolaire franco-manitobaine– Gabrielle-Roy (IDC),Lagimodière (Lorette),Saint-Joachim (La Broquerie), Réal-Bérard (Saint-Pierre), Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Sainte-Agathe, Pointe des Chênes (Sainte-Anne), Saint-Georges, Aurèle-Lemoine (Saint-Laurent), Saint-Lazare, Jours de Plaine (Laurier) are closed
- Evergreen School Division– All schools are closed
- Fort la Bosse School Division– All schools are closed
- Garden Valley School Division– All schools are closed
- Hanover School Division– All schools are closed
- Interlake School Division– All schools are closed
- Lakeshore School Division– All schools are closed
- Lord Selkirk School Division– All schools are closed
- Park West School Division– All schools are closed
- Pine Creek School Division– All schools are closed
- Prairie Rose School Division– All schools are closed
- Prairie Spirit School Division– All schools are closed
- Rolling River School Division– All schools are closed
- Red River Valley School Division– All schools are closed
- Seine River School Division- There is no in-person learning for students. Staff do not report to the workplace; however, it is considered a workday for teachers and divisional office staff.
- Steinbach Christian School– All classes are cancelled
- Sunrise School Division- All schools are closed
- Turtle Mountain School Division– All schools are closed
- Turtle River School Division– All schools are closed
Bus cancellations
- Beautiful Plains School Division– All buses are cancelled. Schools are open.
- Brandon School Division– Buses will not be operating outside the City of Brandon. Buses will be operating within the City of Brandon; however, please anticipate possible delays
- Division scolaire franco-manitobaine– École La Source (Shilo), École Régionale Notre-Dame (ND de Lourdes), École Gilbert-Rosset (Saint-Claude), École Noël-Ritchot (Saint-Norbert) buses are not running.
- Faith Academy– All buses are cancelled
- Louis Riel School Division-Buses are running, but delays are expected for pickup times and arrival at school.
- Mountain View School Division– All bus routes (except IC-1, IC-2 & IC-3) are cancelled
- Pembina Trails School Division– Buses are running, but delays are expected
- Portage la Prairie School Division– All PLPSD buses will not be running. All schools are open, including Hutterian Schools and Oakville School.
- Seven Oaks School Division– All buses are cancelled
- St. James Assiniboia School Division– Buses are running, but significant delays are expected
Other closures
- Happy Feet Early Learning Centre– both locations are closed today due to inclement weather conditions
- Stonewall Children’s Centre is closed
