The City of Winnipeg’s call centres are back up and running after experiencing outages Tuesday afternoon due to unexpected issues.
This included all three call centres: 311, Water & Waste, and Winnipeg Transit.
This issue has been resolved and phone lines are now operational again at our call centres. Thank you for your patience.

They were unable to take calls, and it was unclear as to what was causing the problem.
