A new recreation campus is set ot be built in Waverly West and Winnipeggers are being asked for their feedback on the design.
Residents can do this online or by attending an open house later this month.
The South Winnipeg Recreation Campus will be built in multiple phases at a location on Bison Drive.
The first phase of the design includes three gymnasiums, multipurpose rooms, a cafe, serving kitchen, an indoor walking/running track, a fitness area, a child care centre and an outdoor spray pad.
The city says the feedback will help them refine the design before moving forward with construction next year.
An open house will be held Saturday, March 22 from 10 a.m. to noon at Bison Run School at 60 Frontier Trail. Winnipeggers can also see the design online and provide their feedback through a survey until April 7.
Funding for Phase 1 of construction is expected to cost $118 million.
