A fire early Sunday morning damaged a Norwood Flats home.
The Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service was called to a two-and-a-half-storey home in the 200 block of Roger Street shortly after 3 a.m.
Smoke was coming from the home when crews arrived. They were able to enter the house and fight the fire from inside, declaring it under control about 15 minutes later.
Everyone inside the home was able to evacuate safely before firefighters arrived.
No injuries were reported.
It’s believed the fire was accidental, caused by an electrical malfunction.
