Union Gospel Mission is reaching out to the community to help them restock some essential items.
One of the most requested items might come as a surprise: coffee.
“The men and women in our recovery programs love their coffee, and we want to bless them with that gift as they walk through the difficult road of recovery,” said UGM in a statement.
Some of the other items they need include shampoo, new women’s underwear, mitts and gloves.
“As we sit here in the dead of winter, facing the bitter cold, we are always in need of warm mitts and gloves!”
Items can be dropped off at 320 Princess St. at anytime.
