With significant snowfall expected over the next 48 hours, the city is on standby, ready to respond.
The city will monitor road conditions and apply sand and salt as required. The city will also make snow-clearing decisions based on how much snow falls during this upcoming storm.
The city is reminding motorists to drive to the conditions and use caution when driving near heavy equipment.
Motorists are also reminded to keep an eye on where they park as the annual snow route parking ban remains in effect. That means no parking on designated routes from 2 a.m.to 7 a.m. Those parked in violation may be ticketed and towed to a compound.
To find out when crews will be, download the official Know Your Zone mobile app via the App Store or Google Play or sign up for email notifications online.
