Veteran defensive back, Evan Holm is sticking with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. The team announced on Tuesday that they have agreed to terms with the Minnesota native on a two year contract.
Holm was set to become a free agent in February.
2026 will mark his fifth year with the blue and gold, hoping to build on his most successful CFL season coming in 2025.
In 2025, Holm was named to the CFL and West Division All-Star teams and Winnipeg’s Most Outstanding Defensive player as he finished with 55 tackles, six more on special teams, two forced fumbles and a team high four interceptions.
Since 2023, Holm has not missed a single contest after suiting up for all 18 regular-season games and the Eastern Semi-Final in 2025.
