The 2026 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic is headed to Winnipeg.

For the first time since 2023, the NHL will once again host its outdoor game.

On Oct. 25, 2026, the Winnipeg Jets will take on the Montreal Canadiens at Princess Auto Stadium in an exciting outdoor showdown.

This marks the 15th NHL Heritage Classic and only the second time Winnipeg has hosted the outdoor event.

The last time the Jets hosted this game was in October of 2016. The Jets went on to lose that game to the Edmonton Oilers.

However, the Jets went on to win the Heritage Classic in 2019 against the Calgary Flames in Regina’s Mosaic Stadium.

Additional details about the NHL Heritage Classic, including ticketing and start time, will be announced when available.
